I wanted to pick a picture of Nietzsche closer to his death...

Stachtastic! says:: CLAME for insipration... I really had to crank up the ISO, lower the light levels, and then shot it in one of the lowest resolutions I could on my Point and shoot... hope I did it justice...

Stachtastic! says:: @mattyc : nope. I used my Fuji F45fd. Set it to black and white, and then lowered the resolution down to 2MP. I then cranked the iso upto 2000 to get the noise higher (it starts to look like film grain on the B&W setting), and set the EV to +1. I then tweaked the brightness and contrast post shot to help blow out the highlights. The lighting was a bright kitchen light from way across a dark room so it helped accentuate the harsh shadows.
