Years ago, fortune threw the Gimp Squad-myself, Binkleberry, and kimmie- together.

Ever since then, we have moved about, whether in shadows or the light of day, trying to make the world a quirkier, more thoughtful, funnier, and generally more awesome place. It was only right for us to realize such a high calling by combining our powers for good within the wondrous creative paradise that is Moustache May.

While it is not by any means my final frontier, being a small part of Moustache May for its last year has been a huge honor and great experience for me- as it would be for any aspiring superhero.

Each one of you-Mayors, Staches, and Lurkers alike, has proven yourself to be a great creative mind, a superb cheerleader, and a surprising confidante, in turn.

Your artistry has [in many cases, spontaneously] baffled, surprised, horrified, and otherwise caused me to collapse into giggle fits.

As my "parting shot" [see what I did there?] I present a tribute to my favorite superhero, and the Original Late Night Lurker. . . in honor of that humble band of miscreants known as the Late Night Crew.

You are all brilliant. You are all Mayor Material. You are already dearly missed.

It was a distinct pleasure creepily observing all of you from afar, and a rare privilege to sneak just a little closer to a few of you. Thank you all for everything.
