sorry all my pics are shot with greasy hands after a ballbusting sous chefs nite. ive had two days off in may, and on those two i was sick.
only shot i had time for today- cappucinno and cumin crusted filet of veal, over butter and roasted garlic poached mashed potatoes, with crispy fried spinach and basil, finished with a saffron and goat cheese cream.
