Sorry I'm not keeping up on this like I should. I shouldn't have committed to this, on the eve of getting married. But I'll keep posting as I can.

Also, I had to let the chin hair come in a bit for the wedding, at the wife's request. But the moustache integrity remains intact. I'll bring it back in a minute. :)

On to today's photo... I've been dealing with a nasty kidney stone for several months (a trip to the emergency room about a month ago). And in a crazy moment of serendipity Sunday, I think I finally passed the stone… during my wedding reception… at the country club urinal I've been peeing in since I was a little kid.

Some might see it as a symbol of cleansing the past & starting something new, but it was just a hilarious coincidence.

This photo was taken right after getting married/passing that stone. It's subtle, but the sense of relief is in the eyes.

Why do so many wives seem to hate the moustache so much? I just don't understand. Congratulations on the nuptuals. Now clear that chin and get back in the game. Your Stone Free.

It's not often you hear "kidney stones" and "hilarious" in the same passage... glad that's over for ya!

Of course, now you're married you can do exactly what you want, have a moustache, leave your shirt on the floor and all the rest of it...

Congrats on the nuptials and on passing that stone. Both significant and hopefully permanent.
