Good morning everybody! Hope the weekend treated you well. After a nice weekend it's time to get back into it! Enjoy your day!
Strength:
High Hang Power Stach: 4x4 (try alittle more weight than last week 5-10 lbs)
Stach Balance: 4x4 (same as power stach)
METCON:
2 mile ride (fixie or freewheel)
21 Pull-downs (be sure to get a good grip on your stach)
1/5 mile ride
15 Pull-downs
2 mile ride
9 Pull-downs
Stach face force: 4x4 bodyweight
