Hey everybody, Look! It's a Photo of my shop!

Image No.9 of Moustache May Pipe. Step Eight: Check your pipe to see that you are satisfied with the stain you applied. If you aren't satisfied, you can always sand the pipe again and apply a different stain or stain it again to get the color to be a little darker (Note: You don't have to wait for the stain to dry to apply the wax...but some of the stain will come off on the buffing wheel if you rush it.) Once you are happy with the color, load a buffing wheel with 100% Pure Carnuba wax. (You can get a 4 ounce brick of it on ebay for around 10 bucks) I attached my buffing wheel to my variable speed electric drill. To apply the wax, it is necessary to spin the buffing wheel at a high rate of speed. Apply the wax evenly across the surface of the pipe. There you have it, a finished pipe! All that is left to do is put the stem in, load it with your favorite tobacco and enjoy it! (I will talk about breaking in a pipe in the next post.)

Hah. Wordplay.

I was half tempted to do a series about refinishing my electric guitar, but I'm no expert and I would rather not have a catastrophic mistake documented forever.
