i'm not a big 'shop gadget' guy by any means, but this thing is super great.

i feel safer using it and more confident so i rarely get user-caused binding around the blade. plus it keeps pressure on both the waste and the keeper pieces of stock.

got mine from amazon, basic model was 45 bucks well spent.

there are some add-ons that look cool and are useful but i'm cheap and the aforementioned $45 was already making my billfold hurt.
