Yesterday, during one of the biggest cycling races of the year, Wouters Weylandt crashed and was killed instantly, during Stage 3 of the Giro D'Italia.

He was 26-years old and leaves behind a partner who was expecting their first child in September.

Team Leopard Trek have setup a donations page with monies going to his family, if you'd like to donate.
